The Move Seattle Levy, Proposition 1 on this November’s ballot, contains over $105 million in pedestrian-oriented projects in Seattle that will:

  • repair damaged sidewalks in urban centers and villages
  • build new sidewalks, especially those along transit corridors
  • retrofit curb ramp and crossing improvements
  • repaint crosswalks regularly
  • improve school walking routes
  • rehabilitate stairways
  • construct access to transit stations
  • install pedestrian countdown crossing signals

The Levy is a game-changer for making Seattle a safe, more accessible, and inviting place for people to walk.

We need your volunteer help at the following events to support the campaign:

  • Phone Banks on Thursday, October 1 and Monday, October 12
  • Neighborhood Canvases on Saturday, October 17 and Saturday October 24
  • Other Media Events in October ” exact dates to be determined
