Walkable Washington Symposium

Northwest African American Museum

October 18, 2017

8:30 am to 4:30 pm

We’re thrilled that this year’s conference will be held at the Northwest African American Museum. We’re equally thrilled to be working with this year’s Master of Ceremonies, Guy Michaelsen, Principal at Berger Partnership; and our keynote speaker, Mark Hallenbeck, Director, Washington State Transportation Center (TRAC), at the University of Washington.

The 2017 Walkable Washington Symposium promises to inspire professionals and neighborhood advocates who work to create pedestrian-friendly places. This dynamic conference gives a platform to exchange ideas, plans and processes that help forward projects to ensure that everyone in our state experiences safe, healthy and vibrant communities.

Stay tuned for updates by frequently checking the Walkable Washington Symposium webpage.
