Working Committees
Feet First Committees
Feet First has created two designated committees to support Feet First's mission of ensuring that all communities in Washington state are walkable. These diverse and engaged representatives provide their insight and experience in the areas of Communications and Policy. The committees meet monthly and consist of board and non-board members. Committee membership and chairs are approved by the Board.
Policy Committee
The Policy Committee is responsible for supporting the legislative agenda of Feet First. By way of a strategic work plan, the engaged group writes policy papers, participates in transportation advocacy day, and supports legislation across the state to support walkable communities.

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee is responsible for supporting and identifying marketing and fundraising opportunities of the organization. Under direction of the Development Officer, the committee assists with the implementation of the Communications Plan.
